Spread sliced apples, blueberries and raisins in an ovenproof casserole
dish coated with cooking spray. Mix oatmeal, brown sugar and nuts in a
small bowl and spread the mixture over the top of the fruit. Preheat oven
to 350 F and bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and the nuts are
golden and the apples cooked. Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen-tofu dessert.
